Great Falls Pride Festival will take place in and adjacent to Simard-Payne Park on June 1, 2025 from 1 to 4pm.
Rules & Guidelines
1. For Profit vendors will be asked to make a donation to L/A it's happening Queer. This will be billed through NerdCore in the amount of $35 per booth.
2. Our spaces are 10' wide by 10' deep. ALL items must be kept within your allotted space.
3. People who bring items not listed on their application will need be asked to remove them.
4. We require all tables to be covered.
5. We are unable to offer electricity or wifi in any of our spaces. please plan accordingly.
6. We will not permit the sale of weapons of any kind (including swords and knives) , sexually explicit material, materials referencing illicit drugs, or items that promote hate against any group. This rule is at the sole discretion of the Great Falls Pride Committee.
6. This is an Outdoor event in Maine, In June. Please provide your own canopy or pavilion. This event will only be cancelled in the event of a national weather service severe weather alert for the duration of the event.
8. All communication regarding this event will come from Nerdcoremaine@gmail.com.
9. vendors must remain for the entirety of the event. While we do our best to provide coverage for vendors needing bathroom and food breaks during the event, we cannot get to everyone as often as we'd like. It is best practice to bring a helper to cover your table in your absence. The event runs from approximately 2pm to approximately 5pm, with set up occurring from noon to 1:45.
11. Be Kind to the volunteers and the other sellers near you as well as event staff.
12. If your payment is not received within 7 days of our email being sent to you, we may bump you from your place in line. Payment secures your space.
13. You are attending our event at your own risk. Nerdcore, Great Falls Pride, L/A It's Happening Queer and/or The City of Lewiston are not in ANY way responsible for any people, property, or profits. Vendor Insurance is always good to have, just in case.
14. We are Unable to provide tables, chairs or pavilions for this event.
15. Set up for this event will begin promptly at 12 o'clock and will end at 1:45 pm. Vendors who do not arrive by the end of set up time will not be allotted a space.
16. Vendors will be required to check in upon arrival.
17. We communicate exclusively through email. We will not call you, text you, instant message you, DM you or contact you except via email from NerdCoreMaine@gmail.com
